The Efest LUC V4 Charger is a quad-bay charger that plugs directly into the wall. It can charge your 18650 batteries as well as many other styles of cylindrical batteries including 18350, 18500 and 26650 batteries.
It has a constant output of either 0.5A or 1A for four battery slots, or 2A for two battery slots. At 2A this means a 2500mAh 18650 battery will charge in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
