The Geekvape L200 Classic is the successor to the original waterproof, dustproof and shockproof Aegis and Aegis Legend kits.
Otherwise known as the 'Aegis Legend 2', the L200 Classic has all of the excellent build quality and features you've come to expect from Geekvape's high-end devices.
The L200 Classic is a dual-battery device with 200 watts of power and a large 1.08" colour screen. Retaining its IP67 and IP68-rated dustproof, shockproof and waterproof protections, the L200 Classic is not only the most advanced device released in the Aegis line to date, but it's also 30% smaller and 15% lighter than the original Aegis Legend.
The L200 Classic runs on either two 18650 batteries or two 21700 batteries (both sold separately), and the USB port allows for limited balance charging (however, in a dual battery device we always recommend removing your batteries and using an external charger to charge them) as well as firmware upgrades. The original Aegis Legend USB port was always difficult, fitting only a certain small style of Micro USB cable. This has been rectified with the L200 Classic and larger USB-C cables are now able to fit with ease.
One of the substantial upgrades to the L200 Classic is a locking mechanism on the side of the device, next to the large colour screen. When placing the device in your pocket, you can now slide down the lock to stop the device from firing. No more burnt out coils because something pressed up against the button!
Available in a range of colours, the L200 Classic is sure to be a welcome upgrade for users of other Aegis devices, or a great introduction to the series for those who have not been lucky enough to use one of Geekvape's premier devices before.
The Z Max Tank from Geekvape is a high-wattage sub-ohm tank that produces great flavour and large clouds of vapour. Measuring 26mm at its base and holding 6ml of e-liquid, the Z Max pairs perfectly with most high-wattage mods (such as the Aegis series).
The tank comes paired with M Series 0.14 ohm and 0.2 ohm coils. The 0.14 ohm coils are best used within the range of 60 to 80 watts, and the 0.2 ohm coils are best used between 70 and 85 watts. These are plug-and-pull coils - just unscrew the tank's base, pull out the existing coil and push in a new one to change.
